Built on the site of an early 1900s dairy farm, the property will feature a mix of designer homes by award-winning architecture firm Lake | Flato, an abundance of resort-level amenities (pools, walking trails, marina, sports courts), and full access to the ultimate lake lifestyle.
Preliminary work already started. Infrastructure work slated to begin in late Spring 2026. Amenities and first phase of homes expected to be completed by the end of 2027!
