About Us

Our Mission
Rockwell Square Ventures was founded out of a deep love and passion for preserving, protecting, and revitalizing neglected historical real estate. We assemble talented teams of professionals on each of our projects to successfully execute our ambitious and difficult plans. We strive to provide a healthy financial and intrinsic return to our investors as we aim to save and transform America’s architectural heritage.
Our Vision
Rockwell Square Ventures aspires to be one of the leading developers and supporters of historical properties across the country, managing a diverse range of interesting projects for investors looking to participate in unique and memorable projects. The company targets the commencement of at least three projects per year, managing the development of no more than ten properties. It contributes a sizeable portion of its profit back into the communities in which it operates, supporting organizations focused on preserving and improving our communities.

Our Values
Rockwell Square Ventures stands for preserving America's rich architectural heritage. In a world that is far too quick to tear down old buildings and its many stories, we believe there is a better path forward. With the support of like-minded investors and talented professionals, Rockwell Square Ventures aims to commit its time, talent, and treasure to preserving historical structures one project at a time. Along the way, we seek to generate a healthy rate of return for our investors and improve the many communities in which we work.
