The Historic Hill House and Farm was the genesis of our company. What started as an opportunity for founding partner Michael Bradbury to have some land in the country for his family, quickly transformed into a multi-year transformation of an abandoned 1885 farmhouse on acreage into a completely unique boutique hotel, luxury retreat, and event venue featuring a fully restored farmhouse, multiple reclaimed antique barns, 16 luxurious suites, multiple pools, a large pond, hiking trails, and full hotel amenities.
